What is your shipping policy?

There are currently two shipping options available: Economy (7-10 business days) and Premium (4-7 business days).  In an effort to provide the best shopping experience, please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed/shipping.  Orders are processed immediately after the order is placed.  Orders cannot be canceled once placed.  All orders are shipped via UPS.  The Eduslaytor, LLC is not responsible for the loss/misplacement, damage, or mishandling of orders.

What is your return/exchange policy?

**PLEASE NOTE**: Due to COVID-19, items currently CANNOT be returned for exchange.  However, if you are displeased with your item(s) for any reason, a store credit can be initiated for you.

The Eduslaytor, LLC aims to provide an exceptional shopping experience.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for exchange or store credit.  There are no refunds.  To initiate an exchange, please send an e-mail to hello@theeduslaytor.com for return instructions.  Include your name and order number in the subject line.  A return will not be accepted unless we are contacted first.  All items must be returned in original/salable condition.  Items that are returned with stains, marks, rips, etc. will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  If an item(s) that you are exchanging for costs more than the original purchase, an invoice will be sent to you for the cost difference.  Once your return is received, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.  Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

What is the sizing of your apparel?

All adult items are unisex men's sizing.  Women's tees are in ladies/misses sizing (XS-2XL).  Youth items range in sizes from XS (5-6) to L (12-14).  Sizing charts are available on each item page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are not accepting international orders.  Please stay tuned for updates regarding international shipping.

Is local delivery/pick-up available?

Due to COVID-19, local delivery/pick-up is currently unavailable.  However, this option will be available soon as we work to ensure the safest and most pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
